Heartland Hope Mission’s Hope-Filled Christmas provides hope to working poor families that are struggling to make ends meet. Parents preregister their children and include information about an item their child needs, their shoe and clothing size, along with gift ideas and their child’s hobbies and interests.  Donors can Adopt-A-Family and shop from the child’s wish-list.  We estimate donors will spend around $75 (but it is fine if a donor spends more) per child which includes purchasing at least 2 gifts, 3 stocking stuffers and 1 needed item.  Gifts are then dropped off to Heartland Hope Mission and we distribute the gifts and a Christmas pantry to the family.  If you do not have time to shop, you can donate to sponsor a child instead.
