During registration, you will be able to select the date that works best for you to pick up your child’s gifts.
Pick-up will only occur at our South Omaha location – 2021 U St. Omaha, NE 68107

Friday, Dec. 15 | TIMES ASSIGNED AT REGISTRATION
Saturday, Dec. 16 | TIMES ASSIGNED AT REGISTRATION
Tuesday, Dec. 19 | TIMES ASSIGNED AT REGISTRATION
Online: All IDs must be submitted through the online application form. Once IDs have been verified by HHM staff, you will receive a confirmation email with your confirmation number. Please allow 10-12 business days to receive your confirmation email (check your spam folder if you haven’t received anything.) BRING YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER (found in email) & ID to pick-up gifts for your children.
In-Person: If you registered in person and had all your IDs verified, bring the card you were given at time of registration. This card will show your confirmation number.
Yes! If you’re unable to pick-up gifts for your child, you may send a trusted family member or friend to pick them up for you. All the person needs to bring is their ID and the confirmation number you received after registering.

En línea: Todos los documentos de identidad deben ser presentados a través del formulario de solicitud en línea. Una vez que los documentos de identidad hayan sido verificados por el personal de HHM, recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación con su número de confirmación. Por favor, permita de 10 a 12 días hábiles para recibir su correo electrónico de confirmación (revise su carpeta de correo no deseado si no ha recibido nada). TRAIGA SU NÚMERO DE CONFIRMACIÓN (que se encuentra en el correo electrónico) Y SU IDENTIFICACIÓN para recoger los regalos de sus hijos.
En Persona: Si se registró en persona y se verificaron todos sus documentos de identidad, traiga la tarjeta que le dieron en el momento de la inscripción. Esta tarjeta mostrará su número de confirmación.
¡Sí! Si no puedes recoger los regalos para tu hijo, puedes enviar a un familiar de confianza o a un amigo para que los recoja por ti. La persona solo necesita traer su identificación y el número de confirmación que recibiste al registrarte.
